HOW TO SUPPORT OUR WORK
• Prayers: Our work is undergirded by the power of prayer—both in the hours after a disaster strikes and through the long recovery.
• Training and Education: Learn how to help with cleaning up; engage in the Connecting Neighbors training program to further prepare your church for disasters; provide care and comfort; and plan for local church improvement.
• UMCOR Relief-Supply Kits: Assemble or purchase kits to help keep UMCOR’s Relief-Supply Network ready to deliver goods into the hands of survivors.
• Financial Support: Give money through the UMCOR website www.umcor.org, or by calling: 800-554-8583. You can give to the Advance 999895 so your gift will be used however it is most needed. To specifically support UMCOR’s international disaster response efforts, you can give to Advance 982450. To specifically support UMCOR’s U.S. disaster response efforts, you can give to Advance 901670.
