Directions, Parking and Accessibility
From Main Street (Route 7) go to Taylor Park in the center of downtown St. Albans. St. Paul’s UMC is located on Church Street at the top of the park.
There is on-street parking available on Church Street and Main Street.
There are limited off-street parking spaces in the Bishop Street lot which we share with the St. Albans Museum. During busy times, please reserve the Bishop Street lot parking spaces for those with mobility issues.
There is a wheelchair accessible ramp from the Bishop Street parking lot that leads to the upper level where the Bishop Street lobby, fellowship hall, parlor room, kitchen, and the church sanctuary are located. There are stairlifts at the Bishop Street side entrance that lead to both the upper and lower levels. The stairlift is a device that allows a person with a mobility impairment to sit on a seat that uses rails to transport them up and down a flight of stairs. The church's front door entrance on Church Street is not handicap accessible.
