Love, Joy, Peace...

Here is the idea, take what-ever you give up for Lent and calculate the money you save over the period of Lent. For example, say you give up sweets and you had a daily habit of $2 for that daily pastry and a weekly cost of $5 for ice cream. 40 days of Lent equals $80 and six weeks at $5 equals $30 in savings, for a total of $110.

Then on Easter bring in an envelope with your savings. That money will go directly to our Global and World Benevolence Funds. In the last two years we have not been able to make our commitment and Project Lent could change all that. So, make that bad habit or Fast pay off in great ways!
