Join us to get fit, reduce your risk of falling, maintain independence and have fun!
Come to the Fellowship Hall for this FREE, low-key exercise class for men and women that will increase your balance, strength, and bone density.
Preregistration is not required.
Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Paul's.
